We are a 55-plus Community. Southgate Village is a Family-owned Mobile Home & R.V. Community located 2 miles from the Atlantic ocean and centrally located in the heart of Vero Beach. Our families have owned the park for over 50 years and three generations. We have senior residents from all over the United States and Canada, enjoying an Active Senior Lifestyle, in our community.
