R.V. Rules & Regulations

To insure the beauty and tranquility of Southgate Village and to provide you with the utmost privacy, safety and enjoyment, we request your cooperation with these policies.

PET POLICY:   No Pets

LOT USAGE: One RV (travel trailer, motor home, park model, or 5th Wheel) and transportation vehicle per lot. Please park on your own lot and on driveway only. Units must be fully self contained.



GROUND RULES: No public display of firearms or intoxicants. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Consideration of your neighbor is required at all times.  No fires.



GARBAGE AND TRASH: All garbage and trash must be bagged and placed in our dumpsters.  Recycle bins available.



CLOTHES LINES: Laundry lines ARE NOT permitted on your lot. Lines are provided at the laundry areas for your use.  LAUNDRY HOURS are 7 am to 10 pm.



GUEST: All guests must be registered in the office and accompanied by resident when using recreational facilities. You are responsible for your guests registration and conduct.



CHILDREN: Our facilities and services are designed for adults. Children are welcome to visit up to a maximum of 15 days. You are responsible for children and must accompany them at all times in the recreation and swimming pool areas.



SWIMMING POOL: The pool is for residents and registered guests only.  Shower before entering pool.



MAINTENANCE: If you have any problems during your stay please come to the office to report such incidents.  



SPEED LIMIT: We ask that everyone observer a 10 MPH speed limit within the park. Watch for pedestrians and bicycles.




RECREATION AREA: Hours of operation: 7 am – 10 pm.



LIABILITY: Southgate Village is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to person, on or off the premises. You must maintain your own insurance on all vehicles and contents.
